The mission of The Florida Quality Council is to provide dynamic leadership in the awareness and prevention of fraud for the profession of real estate lending. Activities in support of this mission will include but will not be limited to:
1. Advocating and promoting the value that real estate lenders, valuation professionals and other support vendors add to their communities;
2. Providing, through seminars and workshops, professional growth opportunities; interpreting regulatory standards and other professional practice guidance;
3. Researching, disseminating, and promoting to practitioners knowledge concerning fraud and enforcement of regulations and their appropriate role in risk management, and governance;
4. Educating practitioners and other relevant audiences on best practices for reducing fraud;
5. Bringing together financing and support practitioners from Florida to share information and experiences.
